Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
Most orders will leave our Santa Fe, New Mexico production facility within five business days. Special orders may take longer, depending on availability of raw ingredients. Because we order and/or purchase all of our supplies from small businesses, if we have to special order an ingredient for you, it can add a week or more to our production time. Rest assured, we will communicate with you at every step of the way, and you will have the option to cancel your order at any time before we ship it. We want our customers to be happy, so we do whatever we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Local orders are generally delivered within seven business days, and orders that are shipped typically arrive at your door within ten business days, depending on the shipping method you choose. We will inform you of your timeline as soon as we receive your order!
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer international shipping due to the complexities of selling to folks outside of the US. However, if you have a friend in the US that you can trust to not steal your moisturizers, you can always have your package delivered to them and then schedule a visit!
What is your return policy?
Due to the type of products we sell, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. We do, however, want all of our clients to enjoy their bombus balms experience, so if something isn’t right, let us know ASAP and we’ll find a solution. Remember, we don’t use any chemical preservatives, so only use clean hands when taking product from its container, and never, ever add anything to the container of product; take out the product, then add water or whatever you’d like to mix the product with in a separate clean container. This will prevent microbial growth and keep your bombus balms as fresh as possible! In addition, while we’re at it, never eat or insert our products into any of your orifices or into your eyes, and please don’t microwave our containers. These products are meant to be applied externally, and metal should never be put into a microwave. If you’ve made it this far, congratulations. We appreciate all of your care and attention to detail (we’re the same way!).
